La forêt de Coat-an-Hay, le bois du jour, et celle de Coat-an-Noz, le bois de la nuit, s’étendent sur 795 hectares. Le nom de ces boisements vient du fait que le soleil se lève sur Coat-an-Hay et se couche sur Coat-an-Noz. L’essentiel de cette balade se fait dans l’ambiance fraiche et ombragée des sous-bois.
