    Présentation

    This beautiful timber frame home is located on a private plot of over 3 acres just south of Fumel in the department "Lot et Garonne". The house is stylishly furnished and sleeps up to 8 people. There is a large swimming pool 4 x 12 meter. The house is 3 km away from a nice village with restaurants and a few shops.

    Inside
    Large living room (TV with French, English and Dutch channels) with open kitchen covered terrace overlooking the pool. There is Internet WIFI (moderate speed) availible.
    4 bedrooms (all on the ground floor) 2 with a double bed and two with twin beds, two bathrooms (with shower) and two toilets.

    Outdoors
     3 acres land with large lawn with possibility for football, badminton, lovely large private swimming pool (11 x 4 meters).

    Surroundings
    Canoeing possibilities on the Lot River (10 km). For those who are interested in wine is this is a very interesting region. Black Cahors wines are internationally known. The charming villages Fumel and Prayssac are about 15 km away.
